Client filters across every assets page — no more impersonating to look something up

Checking one client’s releases used to be a round trip. Impersonate the user, find their assets, get what you needed, then switch back to admin — and repeat it for the next client. A lot of juggling for what is really just a lookup.

Filter by client, from where you already are

Every assets page now has filters, and one of them is the client. Open the filter, pick the client, and their releases, artists and assets are in front of you — in your own admin session, no impersonation, no switching back.

  • Filters are available across the assets pages, not just one of them.
  • Pick a client and see only their assets — releases, artists, and everything else you manage for them.
  • Stack filters to narrow further, so you land on the exact record instead of scrolling for it.
  • No impersonation means no session juggling, and no risk of leaving yourself in the wrong account.

Contract usage against the limits you set

The view contract page now shows what a client has actually used, measured against the limits on their contract. Instead of working it out by hand, you can see at a glance where a client sits — comfortably inside their allowance, close to it, or already past it.

  • Usage shown directly on the contract, next to the limits it is being measured against.
  • Spot clients who have reached or exceeded their limit before it turns into a billing conversation.
  • One place to check before you renew, upgrade, or approve more headroom.

Why it matters

Both of these cut out a step you should never have had to take. Looking up a client’s work and checking what they have used are everyday questions — they should be answerable from your own account, in a couple of clicks.
