−14 LUFS integrated is a safe target for most streaming platforms. Leave at least −1 dBTP true peak headroom.
Will quiet masters be boosted?
No. Streaming platforms only turn tracks down, never up. A quiet master simply plays at its natural level.
What tool measures LUFS?
Use a loudness meter in your DAW such as Youlean Loudness Meter, iZotope Insight, or the built-in loudness meter in most modern DAWs.
